Terry Bishop, originally from Georgia, has considered the Midlands to be his home since the late 70’s, when his USC Gamecock Football days began. A graduate of USC, Terry played and lettered in Football, is Past President of the Lettermen Association & received the George Terry Attitude Award for Offense his Senior Year. Selling Real Estate since 1983, Terry’s a Life Member of the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors Residential Circle of Excellence. Terry’s received distinguished sales awards his entire career & has been ranked as a top achiever countless times.

Becky Bishop is a native of Ohio and moved to the South in the 90’s. Becky has been in Real Estate since 2003, prior to which, she was in Software sales. She has received numerous sales and service awards throughout her career.

Becky achieved the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation which only 10% of Realtors nationwide hold. She is also e-PRO certified. She’s a member of Mt. Horeb UMC, is a parent volunteer in Lexington 1 schools, supports Curing Kids Cancer and Ronald McDonald House of Columbia. Becky enjoys the outdoors, gardening, reading, walking & spending time with family and her pets.
