Veteran Reopens Cafe In Lexington

Palmetto Cafe is a home-town deli that wants to fill your appetite! The sandwich and sweet shop celebrated
its grand reopening Tuesday with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Palmetto Cafe closed earlier this year due to COVID-19, but has reopened under new ownership.
Eli Lykes, owner, is a veteran who also owns and operates Defender Firearms. Store manager Justin Kemmerlin is also excited to be open and operating
again.

The casual dining spot serves sandwiches, wraps, salads, paninis, and gourmet cupcakes from Lita’s Treats. You can also enjoy breakfast daily on the patio
from 9:30-10:30 am.

Eli feels being a Lexington business owner and a Lexington Chamber Shareholder has been a great experience. They love the community and its leaders. They
want other shareholders to know that they are here to support them and their businesses in any way that they can.

Palmetto Café’s is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. and located at 1070 South Lake Drive in Lexington.
