New Cuban Restaurant Opens In Lexington

Tropical Grille, a new healthy option for Cuban cuisine, opened in 2020. From marinated slow roasted pork
served with black beans and white rice to the chicken caesar wrap topped with fresh parmesan, customers have several healthy, fresh and affordable
options to choose from.

Franchise owners Adam and Lisa Akers have been in business close to 20 years. They currently employ 20 people at the current location and are looking
forward to continuing this growth.

The Akers are excited to be in Lexington. They are encouraged by the friendly people and have fallen in love with the community as well as the many
natural resources here. Lisa shares that she is particularly thankful to have the opportunity to develop employees and provide a platform for good
