New Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care Facility Coming to Lexington

Lexington, SC: Southern Visions Real Estate is pleased to announce the recent sale of 6.3 acres located at the corner of Old Cherokee Road and Park
Road in Lexington. This $631,000 transaction between land owner Harmony Hills Development, LLC and buyer Lexington Memory Care, LLC, was executed by
Southern Visions Sales Agent Rhett Kelly who represented the seller in this transaction.

The site will be the future home of Westminster Memory Care with a facility, programming, and services specially designed for residents and families
impacted by Alzheimer’s and other dementia. The facility will house 48 full-time residents and will also have programming for day-time only participants.
Construction is expected to begin in late summer 2018.
