Lexington District One partners with League of Women Voters to offer Sept. 27 board candidate forum

The League of Women Voters and Lexington County School District One will hold a school board candidate forum on Sunday, Sept. 27, 2020, at 3 p.m., in the
auditorium of Building One of Central Services located at 100 Tarrar Springs Road in Lexington, South Carolina.

The meeting will not be open for public in-person attendance as the district put into place some safeguards to keep the candidates and LWV moderator safe
while complying with the CDC’s COVID-19 masking and social distancing recommendations.

Board candidates and others will wear a cloth face covering (mask) at all times.

After the meeting, the district will follow its previously established process by posting a video of the meeting to the district’s YouTube channel, LexOne
Video site and a link on its website.
