Custom Cloud Solutions – Bridging Technology
Custom Cloud Solutions, now located at 5300 Sunset Blvd, Suite A, has been serving the Midlands since 2011. Formerly known as Computer Paramedics, the business rebranded as Custom Cloud Solutions in 2015.
This long-time Greater Lexington Chamber member recently celebrated a new location with a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by a business after hours.
“We love Lexington County and the rest of the Midlands. This is where we live, work and play,” CEO Matt Spain said. “The community atmosphere makes Lexington County a welcoming place to have a business and raise our families.”
Custom Cloud Solutions serves local businesses as well as businesses throughout the country. The company takes pride in being proactive in their support, not just reactive like most IT companies, according to Spain.
“We are a proactive managed IT services company with cloud based services that can fit just about any business,” Spain said. “We can monitor and maintain your entire network and can fix potential problems before they become bigger problems.”
With a private data center in Charlotte, customers always know where their data is when they host their server with Custom Cloud Solutions, and they can connect to it from practically anywhere.
“We have customers in the Midlands as well as across the country,” said Spain, who works alongside Operations Manager Andrew Walters and Senior Account Executive Tonia Walker. “We plan on continuing to grow throughout the country and expand our services while always seeking to better our customer’s experience with us.”
Custom Cloud Solutions employs ten people and will be hiring more. The company mission is “to bridge technology problems with solutions you can trust. This means you can focus more on your business instead of your technology.”
