Bodyshop Athletics began in 2000 after Chris decided to hang up his gun and pursue his passion.  After training all walks of life; from the Marines that protect the President of the United States, to little league athletes, and virtually everything in between,  Chris decided it was time to use the gifts that God had provided him with to help other people, and started a full time career in personal training.  "I have had dinner with Presidents, and walked beside royalty, but nothing is as amazing as helping another person improve their quality of life".  Through this "ministry" called Bodyshop Athletics, we have literally changed the lives of thousands of people.  Chris's favorite quote is from President Ronald Reagan: "Some people go through their entire lives wondering if they ever helped anyone; the U.S. Marines do not have that problem".  We at Bodyshop Athletics don't have that problem either!!!
