LCRAC, Town of Lexington seek businesses for Trick or Treat Trail
The Lexington County Recreation and Aging Commission and the Town of Lexington are partnering together for the 2nd Annual Trick or Treat Trail at Virginia Hylton Park that will be held on Friday, October 18 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Download Registration Form
They are asking for local businesses to be a part of this event by running trick-or-treat stations. Buckets for candy (brought by the business) will be provided. An estimated 500 trick-or-treaters ages K5-5th Grade are expected to attend.There are no fees for businesses to participate in this event other than providing candy and promotional iteams.
Stations will be located throughout the trail at the park. No electricity or tables will be available at stations. Please only bring items with you that you can carry through the park (bag chairs, signs, etc.). Dress up and decorate however you like. If you dress up and/or decorate, remember that this is a family event so no scary costumes or decorations.
Set-up for this event will be 3:00-6:00 p.m.
The rain out date will be Saturday, October 19, 5:30-7:00 p.m. Set up for the rain out date will be 2:00-5:00 p.m.
Complete this form to become a participating business. Registrations will be accepted until Friday, October 4.
