The Lexington Chamber recognizes that a strong education system is crucial in preparing students for good jobs and bright futures and sustaining a 21st
century workforce that can compete in the global economy.

The focus of our January breakfast meeting was on our Education Partners and their efforts to support students in becoming college or career ready.
The Chamber also recognized the 2020 Teacher of the Year, Ms. Dani Stroud.

Education Partner Spotlight Speakers:

  • Kaye K. Shaw, Ph.D. , Midlands Regional Workforce Advisor, SC Dept. of Commerce
  • Bryce Myers, Director, Lexington Technology Center
